Dude Perfect Will Build A $3 Million Office In Frisco

The schedule of Dude Perfect, the wildly popular YouTuber trickshot artists based in northern Texas, is pretty jam-packed lately. First, they did a Christmas tree lighting ceremony at PGA Frisco last week. Now, they are on their way to building a new office in Frisco – worth a whopping $3 million.

According to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the new office space costing $3 million will be constructed at 15900 Gateway Drive in Frisco.

Frisco is a prime location. This city in Texas is part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area where one can find the Frisco Heritage Museum, the National Videogame Museum, and the Sci-Tech Discovery Center, among many other tourist attractions. With these, the location is perfect for their online antics.

The filing also said that construction will commence this December 18th and is expected to be finished by May 20th, 2024.

Dude Perfect’s office will be 20,000 square feet of space in an existing industrial building at State Business Park, owned by Cowboys owner Jerry Jones’ Blue Star Land company and just east of the Dallas North Tollway, across from the new PGA Frisco development.

What’s more, the new site is just around 10 minutes down the road from their current headquarters along All Stars Avenue.

The Richardson-based Alliance Architects is the design firm tackling the project.

The design of Dude Perfect’s upcoming office space is also quite incredible. You can take a peek at how it looks in the video below.
