Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, you are being threatened. One of today’s top streamers, Ninja, is bound to host a special stream this New Year’s Eve on not only Twitch, but also on YouTube and TikTok.
Ninja’s official Instagram page revealed the event is called “Ninja’s NYE,” is done in partnership with famous pizza chain Domino’s, and will feature appearances of his streamer friends, giveaways, a “Fortnite” tournament and, of course, a countdown to midnight.
“Im bringing Ninja New Years BACK BABY! My biggest event of the year alongside some of my best friends. Can’t wait for you all to see what we have in store #NNYE,” Ninja wrote on Instagram.
With its partnership with Domino’s, Ninja’s NYE will feature giveaways with prizes like $100 gift cards from the pizza chain, Ninja merchandise, and gaming equipment. So, don’t you dare miss it.
Some of the special guests have been revealed, and they include TimTheTatman, DrLupo, SypherPK, LEGIQN, and BasicallyIDoWrk. More will be announced in the following days.
The event is created mainly for Gen Z viewers as it promises it is not their parent’s New Year’s Eve ball drop.
“Ditch your TV and come hang out with us,” the event’s official website stated. “It’ll be more fun… we promise.”
This event is also seen as a way for Ninja to redeem himself from his infamous New Year’s Eve event stunt in 2018, when he failed to get the Times Square crowd to groove with his dance moves.
Ninja’s NYE will start at 7 p.m. ET on December 31st on YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch. Mark your calendars!
