Business magazine Forbes this week unveiled its newest Forbes 30 Under 30 list, and some of the world’s most popular influencers and content creators made it to the list. Yes!
Forbes 30 Under 30 is a list of 30 notable people under 30 years old in various industries the publication issues yearly.
This year, the categories include Hollywood and Entertainment, Retail and eCommerce, Consumer Technology, Sports, Venture Capital, Social Media, Energy, Education, and Games, among various others.
One of the influencers and content creators who landed on the list is Drea Okeke.
Okeke is a Nigerian-American creator whose content centers on Nigerian culture, including the country’s slang and food.
She also stars on the “We Need to Talk About America” show where comedians and other commentators poke fun at social media and pop culture trends.
She also teaches her own online class catered to aspiring TikTok creators, teaching them how to grow their audience and understand the platform’s algorithm.
Another social media star who made it to the list is Benito Skinner.
“Funny means money. Skinner’s over-the-top skits and impressions of celebrities including Timothée Chalamet, Billie Eilish and Kourtney Kardashian have won the comedian from Boise, Idaho–who also goes by ‘Benny Drama’– more than 2.7 million followers across Instagram and TikTok,” Forbes stated about him.
Mikayla Nogueira also made it to the brand-new Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
This 25-year-old Communication graduate managed to combine her passion for beauty with her talent for social media to turn what began as a project over the height of the pandemic into the full-time business adventure as a top beauty influencer.
Other creators on the list
The list also includes Vivian Tu, Brent Rivera, and Matt Rife, among many others.
