Gospel Singer Almost Got Kicked Out Of Airplane When The Flight Attendant Asked That She Stop Singing

Gospel singer Bobbi Storm took to TikTok to share a clip of her onboard a flight with an attendant who asked her to stop singing, or else she’d be kicked out of the airplane.

Grammy nominee

Storm was recently on a flight by Delta Airlines when she thought of doing a mini performance for her fellow passengers.

So, she stood there along the aisle and started singing.

However, one of the flight attendants wasn’t overly enthused with what she was doing, so the attendant told the songstress to “sit down” and “be quiet.”

The TikTok video shows the 36-year-old gospel singer innocently putting her hands up as she made her back to her seat as ordered.

She then told the passengers about her music and her Grammy nominations.

But that same flight attendant insisted that she be quiet.

Storm also insisted that her fellow passengers were “enjoying it,” only to get this answer from the attendant: “But I’m not enjoying it, so I’m asking you, can you be quiet?”

The attendant also threatened Storm that if she did not follow his instructions, she’d be kicked out of the airplane so she wouldn’t be able to take the flight.

What the netizens think

The Detroit-born Storm is not only a gospel singer, but also a dancer and writer. You can listen to one of her songs here.

Her group, Maverick City Music, was nominated in the Grammys for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song and Best Gospel Album.

Netizens’ reactions are mixed. One said, “As a retired flight attendant the way you were treated was unacceptable. You need to report him!”

Others said performing randomly on a flight is just not right.

“I’m sorry, but he (attendant) was not wrong. The plane is not your stage. It’s a time and place for everything,” a netizen commented.

Well, Storm may be a singer, but if she’s not part of the program of the flight, she’d better just be like an average passenger.
