Influencer Addison Rae looked very stunning as she attended the “Thanksgiving” red carpet and premiere recently, and she also shared the challenges she encountered acting in the horror genre.
Stunning
Rae, 23, turned heads with her glam during the premiere of her new movie, “Thanksgiving,” in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
She wore a fitted, nude-colored dress that also featured a sheer, black overlay on top and a hem until just below her knees.
The social media star paired this dress with open-toed, black pumps that matched the color scheme of her dress.
Rae’s locks were parted in the middle, effortlessly flowing down her shoulders in elegant waves.
Her makeup, meanwhile, was classically done, comprising a layer of mascara with her long lashes, and a light, pink blush on her cheekbones that gave her a radiant glow. She also added a dark pink, matte tint to her lips.
The influencer chose not to wear any flashy jewelry, allowing her dress to shine.
Acting in the horror genre
In theaters tomorrow, “Thanksgiving” stars Rae with Patrick Dempsey, Sheriff Newlon, Rick Hoffman, Gina Gershon, and Milo Manheim, among others.
Directed by Eli Roth, the movie tells about a mysterious serial killer who visits Plymouth, Massachusetts to create a Thanksgiving carving board out of the town’s residents.
Rae’s previous films were usually under the comedy genre, so the actress has also revealed the challenges she encountered acting in the horror genre.
“Eli’s a really nice guy, so I think we got really lucky. But I think just being able to open when the director is really nice, and like be honest and not be afraid to take risks and feel comfortable enough to do it. So yeah, it was just a really great, comfortable environment, and the cast was great, so made it easy,” she stated.
