This week, UK YouTube vlogger and streamer Tom Syndicate (also known as Tom Cassell) became a father for the first time. His son (named Alfie) was birthed by his girlfriend Lydia and this was shown in a video he titled ‘Our baby has arrived’.
Over the past few months, Tom Syndicate had documented his girlfriend’s pregnancy on his Life Of Tom YouTube channel. Originally scheduled to be born in late October, his son was eventually born healthy in early November. Unsurprisingly, the video was popular and quickly racked up hundreds of thousands of views. This showed him cradling his son and the aftermath of the birth.
Tom Syndicate originally announced the pregnancy months back while holidaying with his family in Ibiza. Here, the YouTuber was busy celebrating his 30th birthday alongside friends and family. Originally, Tom Syndicate began life online as a video game streamer and was one of the most prominent streamers on Twitch during its early days.
Here, he streamed games like Minecraft and Call Of Duty from Los Angeles before returning home to Manchester, UK to be closer to his family. Years later, his main focus is now on his daily vlogging channel. With this said, it’s fair to say that his lifestyle has certainly changed a lot since his earlier days.
