You may perhaps be among those who were pulled into the bandwagon recently that Charli D’Amelio and her boyfriend, Landon Barker, already have a baby.
There’s a little bit of confusion. Actually, it isn’t a real baby, but a fur baby the couple adopted together.
D’Amelio and Barker adopted a puppy together, and that puppy is named Moody.
“She’s 19 different breeds — like, all over the place,” D’Amelio told the media. “And we actually know the people that have two of her siblings, so we’re all comparing photos together.”
A dog with different breeds? Quite interesting.
“One is fully black. One has spots and tinier ears. She has an eye patch and white and black and big, floppy ears. They all look so different, but you can tell they’re related,” the social media star continued. “The only thing they all have in common is they have really long legs, but [Moody is] mostly pit bull, but she’s also husky, golden retriever, the most random things ever.”
D’Amelio also did a recent interview where she shared about the adopted dog, but those who did not watch the full interview thought the couple was having a real baby.
Someone who was at the live interview approached her to ask about it.
The dancer recalled, “I was like, ‘Oh, my goodness. Did you think that I was pregnant?’ And she (the fan) was like, ‘Yeah, for a second there. You sold it really well.’ But, yeah. People… Jeez!”
D’Amelio and Landon, the son of Blink-182 rocker Travis Barker, made their relationship public last June 2022.
Contrary to previous rumors and reports that the two have broken up, they apparently haven’t, and are enjoying their togetherness by adding more joys to their lives, such as this puppy.
