National School Lunch Week: Students Who Post Pictures Of Their Lunch Trays On Social Media Can Win Apple AirPods

Many social media #challenges are for the sake of fun, but this challenge you are going to hear about is for a meaningful cause.

Until today, the National School Lunch Week is being celebrated across the United States, spearheaded by the federal National School Lunch Program, which works to provide millions of kids a nutritious meal each school day. National School Lunch Week started last October 9th.

To celebrate this, various schools in the United States launched a social media challenge that asks students to post photos of their lunch trays for a chance to win Apple AirPods.

Apple AirPods are wireless headphones that come with a charging case. No need for those annoying wires. They can readily be used with iPhones, Apple Watches, iPads, or Macs. Just one simple tap and you can listen to your favorite music, and more.

Students at the Dallas Independent School District can get a chance to own these Apple AirPods, provided they post a picture of their lunch trays on Facebook and Instagram, and use the hashtag #NSLWBiteSeenAcrossTexas.

Aside from the Dallas Independent School District, the Broward County Public Schools in Fort Lauderdale, Florida also launched a similar social media challenge for high school students in celebration of National School Lunch Week.

As these students participate in the challenge, they will not only be able to showcase what they eat in a school day, but they can also get the chance to own the wireless headphones that many people love.

The National School Lunch Week was established in 1962.
