Dr Disrespect is enthusiastically urging the developers of Mortal Kombat 1 to include him as a playable character in the game, complete with a pre-planned Fatality move.
Enthusiastic fans of fighting games are eagerly anticipating Mortal Kombat 1, and so is Dr Disrespect, who got notably excited while watching the recent Gamescom trailer, reveling in its gory appeal.
Nonetheless, the two-time champion felt that a significant element was missing. While Mortal Kombat boasts violence, speed, and intense action, it lacks the presence of the towering 6’8″ figure of Dr Disrespect, ruthlessly dispatching foes like Sub-Zero and Scorpion.
Upon reviewing the trailer and granting it a four out of five star rating, viewers began inquiring about the possibility of Doc being incorporated into the game. The renowned streamer concurred, asserting that he should indeed be introduced as a playable character.
Dr Disrespect envisions his inclusion in Mortal Kombat 1 as a DLC fighter, and he believes that the Doc character would be an ideal fit for the game, providing a plethora of entertaining gameplay options.
“We’ve been advocating for this for years, and there must come a point when it becomes a reality!” exclaimed Dr Disrespect with fervor.
As fans pondered what his finishing move might entail, the banned Twitch streamer was brimming with ideas. Ultimately, he settled on an option that integrated his Lamborghini.
Offering a glimpse into his envisioned finishing move, he explained, “This is just one of countless finishing moves we could potentially incorporate and integrate into the game. It culminates with ‘FINISH HIM.'”
During his stream, a mock-up gameplay screen appeared, depicting his Lamborghini driving over an adversary. He continued, “The flip phone emerges, I pick it up and deliver a line… It could be anything. We’ll perfect that line. Then I close my phone, execute a slow-motion backflip, and my Lamborghini races beneath me at 190 MPH, obliterating the opponent. The speed is so immense that it tears him into innumerable fragments! Subsequently, I receive another call and I exclaim, ‘Let’s sign the deal,’ or something of the sort.”
Dr Disrespect appeared to subtly reference his past contract offer from a competing platform, where he humorously demanded a staggering $50 million to make the switch – a clever Easter egg that could be integrated if he becomes part of the game.
While there is currently no indication that Dr Disrespect will be officially integrated into Mortal Kombat, his inclusion as a DLC fighter could potentially become one of the most thrilling and talked-about additions in the franchise’s history.
