Mark Zuckerberg Reveals 4000 Calorie McDonalds Diet

Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook and a prominent figure in the Metaverse, has caused a stir online by revealing his massive McDonald’s order, which is just a part of his daily 4,000 calorie diet.

Despite being known for his impressive physique and training with UFC champions Alexander Volkanovski and Israel Adesanya, Zuckerberg has confessed to having a hearty appetite. He recently earned his blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, adding to his active lifestyle.

When asked if he wanted anything from McDonald’s, Zuckerberg shocked fans with his go-to fast food order, which included 20 nuggets, a quarter pounder, large fries, an Oreo McFlurry, apple pie, and some side cheeseburgers for later.

However, this colossal McDonald’s order is just a part of his overall daily intake, as Zuckerberg stated that he needs around 4,000 calories a day to fuel his training and activities. He mentioned that he’s not trying to lose weight and needs to bulk up.

Despite UFC fighter Mike Davis admonishing him for indulging in McDonald’s while in camp, Zuckerberg defended his dietary choices, emphasizing that he needs the extra calories to support his active lifestyle and training routine.

Netizens have been left astonished by the amount of food Zuckerberg claims to consume daily, expressing doubts about whether he’s actually eating that much.

Some have even compared his eating habits to those of tech rival Elon Musk, who once famously said he eats a donut every morning, asserting that he’d rather enjoy tasty food and accept a shorter life.

Although the potential cage match between Zuckerberg and Musk remains extremely unlikely, it looks like Zuckerberg is still training hard regardless of what happens in the future.
