Recently, popular Twitch streamer Pokimane claimed in a stream that people didn’t like her due to being a woman. While this was her opinion, Keemstar didn’t agree with her and took to his Twitter account to speak out. Here, he wrote, “Pokimane in the year of our lord 2023 is still refusing to accept that people don’t like her based on her character. “THEY DON’T LIKE ME CUS I’M WOMAN” Is getting old. Try being a better person!”
This isn’t the first time he’s called her out either, and over the years the pair have briefly feuded a little. At the same time, his criticism of her does seem to be timed suspiciously. In fact, you could argue that this was due to a slow news day on his behalf. Whether you like or dislike Pokimane, her recent comments didn’t really warrant a response by Keem which shows that sometimes, he seems to love internet drama.
At the same time, you could argue that he does have a bit of a point. It does get tired quickly to hear a multimillionaire streamer moan about small things in life when you’re very privileged. So, this begs the question – which side are you on?
